The Beecher's... fast build, good workmanship, great service

We just wanted everyone to know that Salisbury Homes have been excellent to us. For starters, their sales representative Michelle Armstrong totally made the experience wonderful. She was absolutely wonderful to us the whole way through the process. Any time we had a question, she helped us out almost immediately. She was extremely cheerful and friendly. We didn't feel like she was pushy like a lot of sales people are but rather, acted more as a help. It was refreshing to be able to talk to someone so friendly and willing to help. Every time we had a concern, Michelle and Salisbury helped us resolve it. They were extremely fast in building the home and finished everything on time. While at the same time they completed the house with good workmanship. The house turned out wonderfully. Overall we were very pleased with the quality of our new home. Even after the home was built, when we had concerns about minor things with the house the warranty department sent someone out shortly there after to fix them. We recently purchased a home in the Harvest Hills Community. I wanted to thank you for your excellent customer service during the building process. Being first time homebuyers, it was very important to us to use somebody that understands the many questions and concerns that first time buyers have. My sales representative from Salisbury Homes was always willing to answer any questions that we had during the construction of our home. He was personable and very understanding of our specific needs and questions, even after we had completed the buying process. He was also very thorough when explaining each phase of construction.
